Frank Terzoli, recognized food talent - known as "Frankie The Bull" - now chef turned celebrity is our new Executive Chef at Scalini.

Frank brings with him culinary excitement and creativity in the kitchen plus a witty personality.  Speaking Italian, Portuguese and Spanish you might even hear his Kitchen Italian Opera!
