I purchased a ticket online. How do I print it out?
If you have already purchased your tickets from Click n Print you can print, reissue or transfer your tickets by clicking here. If you have additional problems or questions regarding your tickets please call customer service at: 877-77-CLICK (25425). To enter the party, you must have your printed, barcoded ticket. Each ticket has a unique 2D barcode and will be scanned at the door and can only be used once.
I lost my ticket, can I still get in?
You may reprint your ticket online at any time up to one hour prior to the event. Worst case, Hot Topz has onsite access to the master ticket database. You'll need ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets to receive a new ticket and access to the party. This process is slow and you'll be waiting in the lost ticket line forever. A much better idea is to click here and reprint your ticket before arriving.
Is there an age minimum for this event?
Yes. Because alcohol is available at Hot Topz, you must be at least 21 years of age to enter. No one under 21 will be admitted. If under 21, please do not buy tickets as there are no refunds. Every attendee must have a valid photo ID with date of birth.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. This is an upscale event in the swankiest venue in San Diego. The dress code is Stylish Casual and we want our guests to be comfortable, while dressing to impress. For the ladies, here's your chance to show off that great tan and your hottest summer top. For the guys, casual and cool works great, but no shorts, flip flops, or tank tops.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All guests are required to bring a valid photo ID with date of birth. The event is for 21+ adults only. No coolers or outside food or beverages. No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses. Just bring yourself, a friend or spouse, and be ready to enjoy the evening.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Subject to ticket availability, tickets will be sold at the door for $90. Credit cards or cash. Sorry, no checks accepted.
What is the typical demographic of attendees?
Hot Topz is a multi-faceted party that appeals to a wide audience. Singles, couples, 21+ to 50 somethings are welcome! As of June 5th, the current party profile has women outpacing men in attendance by about 3 to 2. Now guys, you just gotta love that!
Is the venue safe?
The Manchester Grand Hyatt has an internal security element. Hot Topz has contracted numeous additional trained Hyatt Security guards to help keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone. Hot Topz and the Hyatt reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated guests or any individuals causing disturbances in any area of the property. Bottom line: we ask all our guests to please keep it together and have a good time without crossing the line.
Will Britney or Paris be there?
Confirmed No and No.

Definite No. Due to a "previous engagement". (Perhaps The Mayor and the City Counsel have an important meeting at a local Five Diamond resort on this Saturday evening from 8:00 to Midnight).

Comparable to riding in the back of a brand new chauffered Bentley is better than pushing a broken down Jetta to the repair shop.
